This adobo blend is my go-to all-purpose seasoning that brings bold, savory flavor to just about everything. Skip the store-bought versions with additives and make your own clean, delicious batch right at home!

Ingredients
Adobo: (makes about 3 cups)
- ⅓ cup sea salt
- ⅓ cup onion powder
- ½ cup garlic powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp coriander
- 4 tbsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp turmeric
Notes:
Use it as a base for arroz con gandules, beans, soups, stews, and marinades.
Store properly: Keep your adobo in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place. It should stay fresh for up to 6 months.
Boost it with extras: Add smoked paprika, cumin, or even a pinch of chili powder if you want to give it a deeper or spicier kick.
